This notice explains how Kenny Lewis Events handles the personal data you provide when you contact us through this website. It is provided in line with Article 13 of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- Your company or event name (optional)
- The content of your message, including any event-type detail you select
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and we do not run third-party analytics on this site.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use this information for a single purpose: to read, respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and to send you an acknowledgement of receipt.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work or conversation. Where no engagement follows, we delete enquiry emails within 24 months. Where an engagement follows, we retain records for as long as required to meet our contractual and legal (including tax) obligations, then delete them.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is delivered to our email inbox and is not sold or shared for marketing. We use reputable service providers to operate the website and email — our web and email host (Fasthosts Internet Ltd) — who process data on our instructions as processors. We may disclose data where required by law.
Where your data is held
Your data is held on servers within the UK/EEA operated by our hosting provider. We do not transfer your enquiry data outside the UK/EEA for any purpose unrelated to responding to you.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data erased
- Restrict or object to our processing
- Data portability, where applicable

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the UK's supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk. We would ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
