What we collect

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use this information for a single purpose: to read, respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and to send you an acknowledgement of receipt.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work or conversation. Where no engagement follows, we delete enquiry emails within 24 months. Where an engagement follows, we retain records for as long as required to meet our contractual and legal (including tax) obligations, then delete them.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is delivered to our email inbox and is not sold or shared for marketing. We use reputable service providers to operate the website and email — our web and email host (Fasthosts Internet Ltd) — who process data on our instructions as processors. We may disclose data where required by law.

Where your data is held

Your data is held on servers within the UK/EEA operated by our hosting provider. We do not transfer your enquiry data outside the UK/EEA for any purpose unrelated to responding to you.
